“Me and my friend are car transporters. We had called to let them know we would be about 5 minutes late but with traffic and a bad accident he ended up making it there about 15 minutes late. Lucky for us they were still there and their hours are clearly posted that they close at 4:30pm, they could have easily told us that they were closed, but they didn't. They remembered us calling them prior to closing and let us pick up the vehicle we were coming to get. They were all very friendly and helpful.”
