“This is the second AAA location that I have dealt with in reference to vehicle repairs for my truck. The first location was in Pennsylvania. I moved to Dover in August 2018 and was pleased to find a location close to me. Just like the service I recieved at the AAA location in Pennsylvania, the customer service at the Dover location is phenomenal! I made an appointment for new tires, rear brakes and an oil change which was pricey. Ms. Kay, the AAA representative helped me by offering me a promotional sale on the tires, a AAA membership discount and a military discount. These discounts saved me a significant amount of money. I am very pleased with the professionalism and excellent customer service I have recieved from AAA. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you Ms. Kay and Mr. Patrick for all of your help.”
