Jim provides the best customer service I have ever gotten from any business I have worked with. The best example is when I had to lease a car for the first time. I didn't know how it worked and when I called Toyota, they told me I needed to have the car insured. This was in the morning on the day I was supposed to pick it up (on a Saturday on Labor day weekend). I got a hold of Jim on his cell phone and he was on vacation!
