“Loved the service we received almost as much as we love our new car. We bought our last Honda from Honda of Fremont and we stopped their first when we decided to get a new car but they are horrible and tried to charge us $21k on a used 2016 Honda. NO WAY! I had reached out to Piercey Honda about prices on their Honda Civics and Emmanuel persuaded us to come in and take a look. I've wanted a Civic with a moon roof in blue for a year and I already had a price in my head. I told myself if they can get us the car in that price we're taking it. When we got to the dealership Emmanuel showed us some and when I said we wanted the moon roof he said there was only 1 left and took us to the back of the lot. The car is a blue hatchback and I immediately wanted it. We each took turns test driving the car and then we inside to talk pricing. Everything worked out perfectly because the final cost ended up being exactly what I wanted initially for a new Civic. Emmanuel is knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Next we were handed off to Finance to sign our paperwork and I cant remember the Finance guys name but he was also very nice. The dealership is so much easier to do business with than other dealerships.”
