“Hibachi styled food (without the show). I got a Big Bang bowl (hibachi chicken, rice, veggies in a bowl) and I liked the casual, mellow atmosphere of the place. I don't understand why people think it's ok to condescend to businesses who don't do "authentic" as if that qualifies as something lesser. I think the Japanese-fusion tag is in this case tongue in cheek for Americanized Asian food- which is authentic in itself so I have no complaints. Yay, street cafe!”
