Rhonda is the most diligent customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with no matter what I call her for she finds me the answers .I don’t wait two or three days to hear back from her I have a reply that day or a call back the nexts morning ,she goes above and beyond for me and I’m sure her other clients .I can tell you she is one of the reasons why am still there I am very fortunately to have her as my agent and Desjardins is lucky to have her .

  Rebecca deserves high praise for her commitment to setting up clients with the best possible insurance coverage and rates. Everything was done in a timely manner and the pricing was the lowest possible for the best coverage! Fast email responses, great customer service, and an easy/transparent insurance process can be expected when dealing with Rebecca and her office!

  I met with Alisa for a second opinion on my insurance needs and must say she is amazing and her level of service is exceptional. She greeted me into their office a great smile and enthusiasm and I was made to feel like a family member rather than just another customer. I found Alisa to be extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and trustworthy. Alisa took a genuine interest in understanding my situation and not only assessed my insurance needs, but also identified deficiencies in my current insurance coverage, I was also very appreciative in the way Alisa explained the various types of coverage in plain and easy to understand terms.
