We certainly felt we had been educated in a much more direct approach than any other brokers we spoke with and for this we are grateful. Would highly recommend.

He made us feel at ease and there was a comfort and trust. We have worked with many other insurance and financial advisers in the past. We found Jeff to be very thorough and personable. He made sure we were comfortable with everything he was explaining to us. He made a customized plan for our retirement and explained in detail what we need to do to fulfill our goal for retirement. He has been exceptional in follow up appointments. He researches and knows his products. We are very happy we chose Jeff and look forward to continue working with him in the future. He provides great service and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Secure Plan for major insurance needs such as Life, Disability and Critical Illness insurance.

He was great to work with, I basically gave him all my info and he pre-qualified that I would be covered including confirmation by email, which made it easy to apply for a larger policy that would cover my family if anything happened. Also he had flexible hours which made it easy to sign paperwork after work. Overall very positive experience.
