I asked him how long he has worked there, and he said, "approximately 10 years". Roberto has a very low key, informative, intelligent demeanor. He has always helped me to figure out the best coverage for me, even if I requested certain amount of payments, and he has also given me cautionary tips. Sometimes we talked about how only a few dollars was worth getting a lot more of coverage. He is never hurried and spends more time going over the particulars.
