  Just wanted to post about the great service I received at this office
  
  I came in to this office as I’m just new to BC. Patti took time with me to answer all my questions & even the ones my dad had as well. Her patience was just amazing as we had “SO” many questions & she just patiently answered them all & showed me some information on the ICBC website and gave me some forms to get everything together to register my car here in BC.
  
  Patti did everything with a smile & gave me her card so that I could call if there was anything else I thought of later on (I even called her back after I left because I forgot something)
  
  She even handled a rude customer that came in expecting to be helped (while my dad & I were sitting at her desk) about his discount. Patti asked our permission to help him and it was funny because he didn’t like her answers & told her she was prejudice & stupid. She even offered to call ICBC for him - but he left.
  
  My experience was fabulous and I’ll be back when I’ve got everything done (car inspection and my letters to get a discount) to have Patti help me out and when I get settled for my tenant insurance as well.
  
  Great location - super helpful - definitely will come back !!
  
  PS - signage is a little hard to see the office - but it’s attached to the Safeway so you can’t miss that

  A big thanks to Patti for setting up my new commercial policy so quickly so that I could start a new business. Everywhere else that I called said it was a long process. Dealing with Patti and the process was very professional and easier than I thought and well explained - buying the policy was simple because I felt really well looked after.
  
  I'll be back for my car insurance and will definitely recommend Patti to all my friends & family.
  
  If you are looking for insurance - Patti is the person to speak to

  PS - Your office needs better signage
  
  Went in this last Saturday (April 27 2019) & thankfully Patti happened to be working - was a great help on answering all my auto questions (she is definately good at her job as she knows auto & house & my business stuff) I was super lucky she happened to be working to help me !!

  Definitely a great experience working with Patti on my condo insurance - she was very upfront & honest & also found me a way to get better coverage & saved me some money by explaining additional discounts.
  
  Definitely a go-to person & will recommend all my friends & family to go to this office
  
  I’ll be back for my auto insurance
  
  Patti is definitely a breath of fresh air if your frustrated with insurance

  Great experience with Patti when she was helping me out !!! If you want someone looking out for you - what to see this person !! She goes above & beyond & acknowledges you when you come in if she’s busy (everyone else in the office ignores you) & Patti even apologized for the delay & thanked me for waiting ... I had a bunch of questions & she was patient & helpful - even looking up some information on the ICBC system to help me more .... definitely above & beyond service & I will be back to see her - glad I’ve got her card !!
