Always Top quality service and all the Staff throughout the years have been very professional and very knowledgeable. They have your best interest at heart and do not fail to give quality advice regarding any of your insurance needs. A huge Shout-Out especially to Gloria .. and of course her team members!! Highly recommend this location without a doubt.

Gloria has usually taken care of us and she is amazing in the depth of her knowledge of the products available. She is one of the main reasons we keep our business with this office. Every time I am in, the staff are friendly, super helpful and always able to offer great advice regarding options for different types of insurance. They are always able to get my transactions completed quickly and correctly and that makes my life so much easier! Gloria is amazing and my "go to girl" here, but everyone in this office will give you the very best customer service. I highly recommend this insurance office. Thanks everyone at Westland!
(March 12, 2019, 2:12 am)I went to westland for a home insurance quote. I was served by a lady named Dee who took the time to explain to me my coverages. I had a lot of questions and the friendly staff there all helped to answer the questions I had. They provided great customer service! Though their rates are a little higher but it was worth it for the service they provided. They made me feel like a valued customer!
