“Last month there was an employee at Austin branch who messed up my work which resulted in losing my $254 refund from ICBC the agent had no enough knowledge about ICBC insurance policies and had very bad customer service.But after I discussed the issue with Mr.Johnston he contacted the Austin branch office for me and they took responsibility for their mistake and provided me with $200 Visa gift car and it was less from my actual refund but I’m happy with the service.I would like to say thank you to Mr. Johnston for helping me out to solve this Issues. I changed my rating reviews from 1 star to 4 stars as the Austin branch employees aren’t very friendly otherwise would go for 5 stars. Thank you for the service!”
