  I've been insured through American Family with Cheri as my agent for about 10 years and have had no problems at all. Cheri is a very courteous and caring agent. She has always been available and helpful whenever I have needed any insurance help. 5 star agent.

  In my opinion this is the best agent that I have dealt with over the years. Cheri always checks up on me to see how things are going and invites me in every year to go over my insurance options. She always makes sure that I am happy with my current coverage and allows me to voice any concerns that I have.
  
  As for the below comment:
  "Had one of our vehicle serial numbers wrong for 4 years and never identifief it even though they were suppose to review our coverages every 6 months, over charged for 4 years and not even a apolgy."
  
  Clearly this customer did not take advantage of the letter sent to them each year regarding a personal insurance review. Over the course of four years they would have gotten four of these letters.
