(May 25, 2019, 3:48 pm)I literally just lucked out finding this agency years ago just looking in Google for local Waukesha insurance agencies. I interviewed them, had positive impression, signed up, and soon found out was even better than I thought. I have been with Leticia Guzman agency for over 10 years, and always had over the top professional and helpful service, and personable as well. Leticia has always given good advice on recommended coverages, considering need vs cost. And whenever opportunity would come up to save on premiums, always made sure I could take advantage of the lower costs. Everyone in the agency always has gone out of their way to answer any questions, changes to policies, and when claims or issues arise, always provide exceptional help. I truly have been very pleased with everything about them, and have enjoyed working with them. Sadly, I have moved out of state and had to switch to another insurance company, but will never forget the excellent service I had from the Guzman crew.

They work so hard to help each and every client and their caring natures and diligence are evident not only in the services they provide, but in the reviews from their clients. They also do much for the community and for others. They are simply the best agency, and I unequivocally recommend them.

(April 22, 2019, 10:48 am)I have been with the Leticia Guzman agency for almost 10 years now. When my husband was in a car accident they helped us every step of the way. They would even check in and make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I have had annual reviews and make sure I am getting the best rates and discounts. I am comforted knowing the agency has my best interest in mind.
Update: This agency is honestly nothing short of amazing. I have worked with multiple staff members and everything that I have needed has been done right away, correct and sent to the appropriate people. I wish I could give this agency more then 5 stars. They deserve it

I’ve filed a few claims using the app or calling 1-800-My-AmFam and every time Leticia or someone from the agency reaches out to see if I am okay and to assist. They are easy to communicate with and handle changes swiftly and thoroughly. I love how involved they are in the community and I always enjoy getting mail from them. I’m proud to be a client of such an amazing group.
