I was relocating from out of state and needed homeowner's insurance to close on a house. I figured that I would get the best rate/service from a local American Family agent since I had been an American Family customer for the past 5 years in another state. After considering the rate that the local American Family agent provided, I called Jim Haag's agency and spoke with Eva. She took the time to understand my situation and came back with a much more reasonable quote (which was nearly $500 per year less than I was quoted at American Family). To take advantage of the discount, I also moved my auto insurance policy to State Farm, which cut my monthly rate almost by half for the same coverage. In addition to the great rates, I was very pleased that everything could be handled by phone or email. Throughout the process Eva was very helpful, answered all of my questions accurately and promptly, and exceeded my expectations.
