(October 5, 2018, 11:07 pm)Great agency and insurance agent. Have been with AmFam for years and have always been satisfied. Don and his entire staff are very customer oriented. During a insurance review he found several cost savings for my polices. After a tow booked through the emergency road service where the operator charged me more than the quoted rate Don's staff worked with AmFam corporate to get me a refund. Don't let funny commercials and empty internet promises influence your insurance decisions; nothing beats having a local agent and agency on your side. That you can walk into their office and talk to them gives you the best service.
