  Erin Hale is amazing! When I sideswiped a car in the parking lot, I was able to get ahold of her instantly to get a copy of my insurance card for the police. She also was available instantly when we hail damage on our house in 2017 and needed our roof replaced. She walked me through the claim process and stepped in when I needed her to help get the adjuster out to the house. She is always there to help me feel comfortable and understand our policy.
