  I started to go to State Farm in Evansville once I got my new car! I have had nothing but absolute amazing service from Kyle! I have recently got hit by someone for the second time and he has been very involved even though it wasn’t my fault! He has checked in on me to see how I am doing and the process! When I got confused and didn’t know what was going on, Kyle contacted the insurance company of the person who hit me to figure it out! Just the fact that he has been going above and beyond says how much he cares and is loyal to his clients! Thanks Kyle you’re awesome!

  Recently took a family vacation down to Texas and our family minivan got badly damaged in a hail storm. Kyle and Jeff were fantastic advocate's for us in dealing with repair centers so we could get our vehicle to the point where we could drive it home. So pleased by the service we received, thanks so much guys!

  Kyle Bowman is a pleasure to work with. Always polite, respectful, and down to earth. If he doesn't know the answer that I need he will be upfront in saying that he doesn't, and he will get it. Usually very quickly. He always makes sure everything is explained well.

  My husband and I have been with State Farm Insurance for over 20 years! Jeff and his staff have been great to work with. They are all very knowledgeable and awesome with responding back to emails. I don't always have time to call during my work day so I will send emails and the response time is excellent. Kyle and Lenny have assisted with insuring our children on our plan and getting us linked with the new insurance enhancements that are offered. We recently traveled and I realized we did not have an insurance card in the car, I emailed Jeff from my cell phone, he was able to email me a copy of the cards so we were all set if needed! Like their slogan "State Farm Is There" it stands true for Jeff's office in Evansville!! Thank you State Farm

  This is written by Gene, a State Farm insured for over 50 years. Jeff took care of us when our van was totaled on I80 during a trip in Iowa last September. Thanks to State Farm we were on the road again in a rental van within two hours. They took care of the rental van for the week that we had it and called several times to be certain we were okay. Thankfully, no injuries. We were pleased with the settlement for our low mileage almost new van and the way Sate Farm was able to capture the $500 deductible from the other driver's insurance.
  
  More recently, we experienced a flat on I90 during a Chicago trip. While I was getting the compact spare out of the van, an Illinois Tollway service truck stopped. The driver informed me that he'd be happy to change the tire for us and did so with great ease due to his equipment and experience. His professional quality jack held the van while it shuddered from the semi's passing us. He said it wasn't uncommon for a vehicles to get pushed off the jacks supplied from the auto manufacturers. The Illinois Tollway service truck is available by telephoning 999, although the fellow who helped us stopped to help without a call. Who pays the cost for this service?
