  We inherited Brian as our State Farm agent a few years ago and couldn't be happier! His staff are super friendly and helpful, and Brian creates an environment to feel like you're working with a friend, rather than an insurance agent. Highly recommend!

  The Brecklin office is great. I signed up for car insurance when I turned 16 and had been with them for well over 10 years. I did a safe driving course, got discounts after most of my birthdays, got married and added my husband's car, insured our wedding ring, and then our house! They've been there for so many milestones. I've never had a problem with a claim (rear-ended twice, one of which caused significant damage) and my old starter cars needed to be towed plenty of times. Brian's office staff are so helpful and great - especially Kathy Jo.

  Brian has exceeded my customer service expectations. I had a horrible experience with my previous insurance. I thought that I wasn’t going to be able to get a different insurance and I have a new car. After my daughter searched she found Brian and the process of switching to State Farm was SEAMLESS and the best decision I’ve made. he’s also very kind and sweet, he always tells me have a great day and replies to my email/calls in a timely manner. Most importantly he makes you feel as if he was standing in your shoes and thats hard to come by especially in the insurance field. The price difference with State Farm is almost HALF of what I was paying before.
  
  Having Brian as my insurance man is a breath of fresh air and I’m looking forward to many years with this insurance company. he is an asset to state farm and I am beyond pleased!!!!

  Brian and his staff are all wonderful people! When State Farm was constructing their commercial's motto; "like a good neighbor" they clearly had the Brecklin Agency in mind because they always treat me like their own neighbor.
  
  Brian Brecklin is an incredibly fun, generous, and honest man. He has sat down with me on numerous occasions to review my different insurance needs and to explain the benefits of the different policies.When he could get me a better rate through State Farm, he would let me know. When my current insurance coverage with a different provider was better, he would encourage me to stay with them. After working with Brian, I have not only saved a lot of money but I have greater, more comprehensive coverage than before.
  
  Brian is super easy to talk to and actually answers the phone when you call! When my car was hit, I called Brian and he set the State Farm wheels in motion. I literally had to answer 1 other phone call from the claims dept. and absolutely everything else was taken care of - all the bills, all the repairs, everything.
  
  No matter who your insurance carrier(s) currently is, call Brian and let him review your policies for you. If he can save you money, he will!
