  I have been working with Steve since I have started my new business in March. I know that I have pushed and pushed and PUSHED him to the limits several times trying to get things to move faster and at my pace. Each time he meets and exceeds my expectations! He is quick with responses and if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it out. I can always rely on Steve to be complete in all the work that he does for me. I am pleased and recommend Steve to anyone who needs insurance, especially for a business. He really is the best!

  I was very pleased working with Steve. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my Condo/House coverage and also my car insurance. Plus, Steve also saved me $400 for the same coverage I had been getting elsewhere. Was a very worthwhile experience.

  Jerad and his team worked very hard to find the best value protection on the market. I was happy with my coverage before working with Cream City Insurance, but really liked Jerad and his team and wanted to work with them if it made sense.   Jerad did an excellent job getting me quotes for both business liability and commercial auto insurance policies. Extremely knowledgeable and professional service. Especially liked the video walkthrough of the policy explanation that he emailed back and forth. Much easier and efficient than coming up to his office. He even found a mistake in my previous policy from different agency that could have been a disaster. Thanks again!!

  I am working with Steve, and he made sure I fully understood what my coverages for each of my cars, and my home were going to be before we were done talking. This was a refreshing change from the experiences I have gotten with state farm. 10/10 would recommend to friends and am glad to find an agent that is so thorough
