(March 8, 2019, 6:41 am)I got into quite a bit of trouble many many years ago. Gene gave me the best rates and made it manageable to keep driving. He has saved me much time, money, and gave me peace of mind. They ALWAYS go the extra mike to give a great rate and customer service. He save my boyfriend well over 1500. Dollars a year. Yes that says 1500.00!!!!

(February 28, 2019, 3:58 pm)For over 40 years, I have worked directly with the big named insurance companies at an impersonal level. I was unfortunately dealing with inadequate/unrealistic coverages, definitely not so great customer service and being stuck endlessly on voice-activated and number-based menu systems for just basic questions, heaven forbid an emergent situation. My daughter recommended The Insurance Office to me. They work with the top A+ rated insurance companies, with personal service. I now have my home and auto with Safeco through The Insurance Office for several years now. Gene is the owner agent, he is very knowledgeable, highly experienced, and checks over my policy each renewal term for coverages and rates. When I call to ask even the smallest of questions, Peggy is downright fantastic. I feel very secure with them taking care of my insurance needs. I can enjoy my golden years with my wife and family with confidence. Great job guys, keep up the good work!
