Cheryl is excellent at what she does! She is very professional and knowledgeable about commercial insurance and will always research information when there is something she does not know. She responds to emails and phone calls promptly and always makes herself available to provide assistance when it is needed. We know our business is covered as it should be because of the service that Cheryl at Luepke Insurance provides. This review is long over due. Cheryl is an outstanding insurance agent, going above and beyond what is ever expected of her and brings a true meaning to the words "Customer Service"! Responding when you reach out, regardless of where she is, which at a time for me, she was home.
I was in a near fatal car accident around this time year for wich Cheryl was a point of contact, in which she reached out to my family to keep them in the loop. Through out the past 12 months Cheryl ensured that the insurance carrier honored their policy and if I got discombobulated with the insurance carrier she was and continues to lend a hand and thoughtful money saving advice.
