(August 11, 2018, 10:01 pm)I came into the office ( no appointment) to obtain a quote to bundle my parents auto policy with a new homeowners policy. Can’t say enough good things about Jonetta’s responsiveness, as she took time to answer all of my questions and was super nice and very professional. She emailed me and also called the same day to coordinate after we made the decision to proceed with the policy. Jonetta and her team are very good to work with. I’d highly recommend her and American Family to anyone! Great customer service.
(July 13, 2018, 4:34 pm)I have been with American Family for years. Jeanetta has always been so helpful whenever I've had a question or concern. I never have to call AmFam customer service because I know I can call the office and get an answer at anytime. I was in an accident in 2016 and Jeanetta had my claim filed and taken care of before the police even showed up. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance.

Charlie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during this process. I was expecting the process to be cumbersome and time consuming but It was a seamless transition. I’d highly recommend this group.
