(January 9, 2019, 11:51 am)I met Carlette Purfuerst of Fuerst Insurance Services when she made a personal visit to my practice to introduce herself and offer to review my current business liability policy.
Carlette is very knowledgeable regarding insurance and works with you one to one to help you understand the coverage. After reviewing my current policy, she was able to provide better coverages and reduce my insurance premium approximately 20%!
Carlette is very personable, provides top notch customer service and handles all of my business insurance.

Not only is she professional, but she takes a genuine interest in getting to know you personally and identifies what you need in terms of insurance products and services. When we went over my current insurance plans, she immediately identified areas that were concerning, as well as I was over-spending. She also found ares where we were lacking coverage. This attention to detail made me realize that our insurance needs were best to be moved to over to Fuerst Insurance with her Erie Insurance products. Not only are we saving over $300 per year, but we are getting more coverage than before too! Insurance can be one of those things in life you set aside and let them collect dust. (April 19, 2018, 9:33 am)Awesome! Hands down the best agent my wife and I have ever had. Between the two of us, we have been through every major provider out there. Erie is by far the best Company we've ever been insured though as well. Almost tripled our coverage for about $8/mo more than what we were paying through Allstate. And they sure never called me on my birthday to wish me well and thank me for my continued business! Do yourself a favor, call Carlette!
