  The team at John Neumueller State Farm office understands customers come first. John’s staff is attentive to the needs of their customers. The team presents all options, and follow-up to ensure all discussions are concluded to the satisfaction of the customer. Neumeuller State Farm listened to all insurance challenges a family that has college and high school drivers ensuring all applicable credits are applied. I’ve been a State Farm customer for over 30 years working with teams from many offices in Illinois and Wisconsin. This team by far exceeds my expectations.

  I actually went thru State Farm because I couldn’t get homeowner’s insurance (due to the age of my home) through Progressive whom I was a customer of for over 10 years. I have high expectations for exceptional customer service and experiences within a service industry and John Neumueller and his staff has always exceeded them. Katie has always been quick to respond, efficient, professional, and courteous. I am definitely a happy and loyal customer due to their ability to assist me in making sure that my children, family, and business are properly, BUNDLING all of my assets for a better rate, and making sure I’m correctly insured through their thorough knowledge and explanation of how their products and services can meet all of my needs. They have never sold me anything that I never inquired or requested a cost estimates for and above all, have always worked diligently to give me the utmost fair and competitive pricing. Thank you for all you’ve done thus far.

  I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance. Especially those looking to work with State Farm Insurance specifically. They do a great job and everyone in the office is very professional. They know how to listen to their customers so they can provide the services and coverage the customer wants , and in a way that makes sense. They are there for their customers whenever needed. This creates a memorable experience.

  Excellent customer service. Very polite and helpful over the phone, even more inviting when I stop in the office. Always available to schedule a time to meet and review policies. Offer advice using tools that I have only seen at State Farm that no other previous insurance company has had. Nice to be able to talk to all knowledgeable office staff if agent is unavailable. I really prefer having an agent/ office in that is near me, not just a 1-800 number to call. I recommend switching to John's office today!
