  I had went into the office to speak with Jim Anderson about life insurance along with home and auto. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and kept in touch with me threw the process. I would highly recommend Jim for any insurance needs.

  When Mike first started in the Onalaska office, he made it a point to meet face-to-face with all of the previous agent's customers who included me. He wanted to introduce himself and go over our individual policies. I found him friendly, approachable, accessible, and honest. Honesty is the most important quality to me in staying with an agent, which demonstrates that cares about the best interests of the customer. A few weeks ago, I unexpectedly had to buy a new car. No one likes going to the maintenance shop to find out that they need to buy another vehicle. I called Mike in an anxious state and worried that I wouldn't be able to reach him directly, but I did and he walked me through the steps of looking for an alternative loan option through State Farm (which I didn't know they had) and changing my insurance over with my purchase of my new car. He stayed connected with me via phone throughout the entire buying process, even though it may have overlapped with his lunch time. I'm very happy with Mike and have no intention of switching insurance companies, even if it means to save a little more, because I'm happy with my comprehensive coverage (rent and auto) and trust I have in him and his team. I feel Mike is one that I can call anytime that I have a question or need help, and I high recommend him to anyone else living in the Onalaska area. Plus he is a UWL alum!
