I didn’t think much about a place just called, “The Health Insurance Store” but they sincerely impressed me. Since they’re not tied to any one insurance company, I was able to get honest answers about what company and what tier was best for me and my needs. So happy I went. Melissa was a great help. She explained the options, I found out we were subsidy-eligible, and she took us flawlessly through the process. It was so easy. I like to say I'm consumer-savvy, but health insurance, especially the marketplace, is an extremely convoluted process.
