Even when they are very busy with customers or the phones are ringing, they always take the time to listen and don't make it feel like they are rushing through with you to get to the next customer or task. They are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. To the Bodden Agency/Team, Thank you for everything you do!!!

His experience as a claims adjuster makes him uniquely qualified to understand the moment of truth when a customer suffers a loss and discovers if they chose their agent wisely. The staff supporting Brad are all first rate. They're knowledgeable and conscientious and go out of their way to be helpful. The right team is much more important than the lowest price when your financial security is at stake.
