  I have been a customer of State Farm since I started driving. I like this company a lot. Melissa Eckstrom's office is very nice, and my agent spent a lot of time explaining everything to me and getting the right coverage for my budget and needs. Plus they have an office dog. I'm giving 4 stars because I haven't had any issue like car accident where I've actually needed to use my insurance coverage, so I don't know how this office would handle a crisis situation like that. But my experience so far has been positive!

  Melissa is amazing! The best State Farm agents in Dane County. Newly located across from Home Depot on High Crossing Blvd. Her office is always responsive, respond after hours and has a great staff! :) I’ve been with Melissa and her team almost 3 years. I switch cars a lot and they make sure I’m covered. They offer great discounts when you combine your house, cars and umbrella policies. Melissa is very thorough explaining your policies unlike the 1-800 insurance companies. State Farm has agents that are independent and believe there more hands on. Most customers don’t know they offer other policies like Roth 401K, life insurance and home loans. I switched to them after getting quotes from American Family, Geico, Progressive and some of the local companies.. Give the time to Melissa to review your current policies. You may think you are saving money but are you protected equally between other companies.. Thank you Melissa Eckstrom and staff!

  Had an annual review on my auto insurance and Melissa did an excellent job of explaining the policy. She also explained my future needs as I am retired and getting old (ugh... by the way she didn't say I was old, I did). Glad I have Melissa as my agent.
