I like this particular office location. They have always been a big help when I have had to come sign over titles to disable cars. They are very polite and friendly. They aim to please customers. What I don't understand is why you have to do everything thought a bullet proof window counter. It makes me kind of uncomfortable.
The garage they offered to send me to doubled the price of all parts for my repairs putting my car just above the 80% mark to be totaled out so they could offer me an outrageous buyback price i had no choice but to decline. They could then sell my still petfectly driveable vehicle that i needed. The agent handling the claim falsified documents about the accident where a deer was hit, and made it so that it appeared to be another vehicle. He also falsified the date, time, and location, which were WAY off, by days. With many attempts, I had very little contact at all with progressive, by the agents own doing and it cost me my reliable car and several thousand dollars out of pocket to stay on the road. Daniel the agent was fired and they still try to increase the rates, weekly even. The bills get bigger and bigger long before the next cycle. I absolutely should have paid a few thousand for an attorney before I even ever initiated a claim through progressive. If they feel they have not made enough from you before your "claim" they actually have people they send out to spy on you to make sure it isn't fraud. Be careful.
