  We had auto and home owners insurance previously through an on-line provider when my wife got hit in Milwaukee and our vehicle was a total loss. Working with people via phone was a nightmare. After the incident, I started reaching out to various local agencies comparing costs and services. I found several agents who either treated you like a number, were not personable, and in some cases did not even call me back to set up an appointment. I went into this office and spoke with Vanessa. She took great interest in what our needs were and worked with us to provide the coverage that we needed. We now have car insurance on four vehicles, homeowners policy with umbrella, and we use the State Farm Banking service for our vehicle loan that was a better deal than it was even through our Credit Union. Since we have been with State Farm, we did have an accident that was substantial but repairable. It was a painless experience! Vanessa was in constant contact with us making sure that we were taken care of and the repairs done to our satisfaction. I just compared insurance rates today with a company who "on average" was to be as much as $538 less than State Farm only to find that they were $1,500 per year more on all of our insurance needs.
  I am happy to be a customer and would highly recommend the agency of Alejandra Bustamante for your insurance needs. With the service that we have received through this agency, we will be customers for a long time.

  Working with Denise Ramos was a great experience. I was switching insurance companies after 10 years. In the end, Denise got me a better rate on my total business. She tried harder to get my business than my old company did in trying to keep my business. She was persistent but not pushy. I felt like I bought but wasn’t sold. Great experience thus far.

  I have worked mostly with Vanessa there and she is awesome. She's very helpful, professional, and all around amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone for their insurance needs.
