Katy explained everything in a way I could understand, and made sure our coverage continued. Her team is knowledgeable and proactive -- I like the phone calls checking in with us!

I have had my insurance with American Family for over 35 years…and within this agency in DeForest for over 26 years. It is comforting to know this is a family agency – one that takes pride in helping families protect their dreams. If you are looking for personal service, this is the agency for you. Katy has been implemental in assisting with a recent claim and her follow-through is above and beyond. Another asset to her agency is Colin…he is fantastic! Whenever I call or email, he responds very quickly. Way to go!

When I have a question or an urgent situation, I know it will be handled quickly and correctly. I appreciate the customer service and the feeling that my issues are important. On top of that, great office and events!
