(January 24, 2019, 7:46 am)I called Kimberly Lee State Farm Insurance and spoke with Charlene. Charlene went above and beyond to help me out with my needs. I'm going on vacation and needed to know some information about renting a car and what kind of insurance I would need. She took it upon herself to find out all the information and the cost and then advise me which direction to go. She took her time it made me feel very important. Charlene you have a great personality keep up the great work.
(May 1, 2018, 12:06 pm)We have had State Farm through our agent, Kimberly Lee for many years! She still doesn't cease to amaze me in her quality of work and how she goes above and beyond to make sure we understand our policies which include: home, auto, boat and life insurance.
We recently updated our life insurance policies. There are numerous terms we didn't understand, but thanks to Kimberly, we understand every aspect of our policies! She took the time and was flexible around our busy lives.
The staff at Kimberly Lee's office are all wonderful, including their dog, Maggie! As always, they make every trip into the office personable!
