Luke explained everything, answered all of my questions, very quick to respond to emails....just an all around great experience!

My husband and I had the same insurance company for decades just to recently have a claim and realize they are not the insurance company we thought they were. Steven at Mongin assisted us in finding a new insurance agency with better rates and better coverage and in a prompt time frame. Don't argue with Insurance companies, let Mongin help find you the right company.

They took time to listen to our questions, and followed up with responses if they didn't have immediate answers. We worked with Steve and he did a great job finding policies that met our needs. Furthermore he helped guide us through insurance complexity and was never judgemental. It was great to have a personal experience and someone to talk directly with as opposed to sitting on a phone or filling out a dozen web forms. Finally, it's great knowing we can work directly with Mongin if we have problems or questions with our policy or claims.

(April 9, 2019, 12:01 pm)The most knowledgeable I've ever seen in the business. They are all very competent and know how to protect your assets but not sell you more than you need. They answer their phone and return messages promptly. They are good listeners and hard workers. By far the best insurance agents I've ever worked with.
