I have never had a problem with Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Any time a complication has happened with billing (I seem to be in the hospital a lot) they have been awesome to work with. I am sad that I am not with them for insurance anymore because they are by far the best insurance company I have been with. Excellent customer service on the phone and online! Surprised I'm the only good google review so far, but people are less likely to write a review for something good verses something bad.
