(August 5, 2019, 8:55 pm)Mary Kay Has been our insurance agent for 35+ years. There’s a reason we have stayed with her this long as she always goes above and beyond to help her customers. She has helped us with claims on our home and cars after tree incidents. She’s always knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We would recommend her to anyone and truly consider ourselves lucky to have her as an agent.
(April 30, 2019, 11:21 pm)In October 2018 several trees fell on our property, one tree landed on the house. Yikes -the noise was so loud and the house shook. Mary Kay Orr as our State Farm agent was terrific. She suggested a tree removal company that had the appropriate equipment, including a huge crane, to remove the tree from the roof and yard. The roofer she suggested came immediately and made a temporary roof repair then made permanent repairs when adjuster approved. The chimney was knocked off the roof, that too was repaired. Through it all Mary Kay Orr was attentive, an advocate for us to get our claims handled fairly and knew vendors who were professional and responsive. I recommend you give Mary Kay a call if you're looking for someone who will treat you with respect and provide customer service.
(November 6, 2017, 10:04 pm)Last week when the glass company came to replace my chipped windshield, the technician could not get into my garage. He called my agent Mary Kay Orr and she immediately called me and problem solved a solution. I gave her my garage code and permission to give it to the glass company. Mary Kay did not want to give out my code to the technician so, she actually drove over to my house to let the glass company into my garage. Mary Kay goes above and beyond any insurance agent we have ever had. JG
