  I have the highest praise for Kristin Tassoul and Informed Choice Insurance Agency! She worked with me over many weeks to determine the best plans for me. She explained the options clearly and shopped the Rx plan alternatives to give me exact pricing. She is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, on a very complex subject.

  Lori Siegel was a LIFESAVER! I had been reading books and websites trying to pull this together myself, when - shortly before my enrollment period - I was diagnosed with cancer. I pretty much just dumped myself on her doorstep, and after giving me reassurances about deadlines and such, she figured it all out for me, narrowed it down to several options for me to consider, and made recommendations (AND explained why she was making them.) Trust me: even had I not been stricken with illness, I doubt I could have made the right choices. It's just WAY TOO COMPLICATED.
  
  Please don't try to figure this all out alone. Especially when there is somebody as compassionate and knowledgeable as Lori to help you out!

  Great people. Calm, cool, collected. Donna Herschleb is on top of her game. Receptionist Ann walked me through my member portal sign-in to make certain that my monthly premium had been processed for January 2018. She spent 10 minutes on the phone with me and allayed all of my fears.

  Went here when I was having issues signing up for government assisted insurance and we were able to get everything ironed out and was able to leave fully insured with lots of information on my choices!
