(February 14, 2019, 5:02 pm)I first came across VibrantUSA when I was looking for help finding insurance for my elderly parents. They were on a plan that had them paying quite a bit of money per month and on their fixed income it seemed like there must be a better way out there. I called VibrantUSA and they were able to get them into a plan with no premiums. They took their time to evaluate their circumstances and find the best fit.
When it came time for me to go onto Medicare, I called them first thing. I met with Darlene. She went over all my qualifications and determined the best policies for me. She explained the way each one worked and in less than an hour I was out the door knowing what plans I would be using. She did all that paper work and submitted it for me! It was so easy. They take the confusion out of the process. There is no fee. They do not "push" plans on customers but try to find the best plans that will work for you.
I highly recommend them.
