Whenever I call, he picks up and is happy to explain anything I don't fully understand. Thanh's knowledgeable about all the products Farmers offer which I why I insure my home, auto and life with him. The prices and the coverage's are what got me in his office, his positive disposition and doors always open attitude is why I stick around.

As I've added coverage and other coverage he's taken the time to go over options and answer any questions I have. Helpful having someone local to stop by their office. I didn't have that when I had internet coverage before.

Regardless, business is business so I recently price checked against a couple other agents and I couldn't find a cheaper quote, which made me happy because I've been doing business with Thanh for years! Keep up the good work!
(July 25, 2018, 1:34 am)I couldn't be happier with our Farmers agent Thanh. He is ALWAYS available when we need him. I've had to text him at 7pm on a Sunday and he responds within minutes. It's a pretty great feeling when you know your insurance agent has your back. We have our home, auto and life insurance through Thanh/Farmers and we've signed our parents up with all three of their homes and vehicles. I recommend Thanh to all my friends and family. I completely trust him and I'm so grateful to have his support whenever we need it.
