Dealing with the Vern Fonk office has been hit or miss when it comes to quality of assistance from them. I am not sure if the office is understaffed or they are just trying to drive sales numbers, but there are times it takes me calling 5 times in a day to reach an agent to help assist me with anything other than taking my money.
