  My daughter and I came into the Poulsbo office seeking some help with COBRA and an individual insurance plan. Gina was extremely helpful and went up and beyond expectations to answer questions and seek out personal help with further questions. We were very appreciative of the care and service she provided.   Gina Marken and her team have been extremely helpful to us as we navigated our way through getting COBRA coverage. They were very patient, friendly & thorough when explaining how COBRA would work. Gina recently went above and beyond on our behalf when we had to switch to another COBRA administrator and Sound Benefit had nothing to gain. I only hope that our next administrator is as helpful and friendly.

  I've been in a working relationship with this company for over 5 years and they are outstanding. The staff are patient, accommodating and pleasant to work with. Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) - FAQ

For a terminated employee or any Participant who is no longer eligible under the terms of this Plan, claims will still be reimbursed but only if such reimbursement requests are made by the earlier of (1) 60 days following the date that you ceased employment or eligibility; or (2) the end of the 60-day period following the close of the Plan Year in which the expense arose.
