Chris Huemmer doesn't recommend Old Towne Title Co. October 22, 2020 · Company is a fraud! Be very careful. They took over 6 days to release our funds, legally should have been 48 hours. They sent a changed deed to the county without our knowledge. We signed the front page and they sent a changed deed without our signatures without our knowledge.
