  It is with great pleasure that I recommend Karen Proffitt at Weaver Insurance. Recently I was in California for a meeting that required some specific insurance paperwork, and I found myself in a bind without it. Because I had an extremely tight deadline, I was particularly anxious. I called Karen, and she immediately came to the rescue. She patiently took my calls not one, but four times, and each time she stayed with me on the phone until we got resolution. Having recently switched our company’s auto insurance to Weaver, this experience solidified my confidence in the company. Their level of customer service is impressive. Karen definitely saved the day!

  Melissa Showalter has always met or exceeded my expectations in meeting my auto insurance policy needs. Having a large family with several vehicles to insure, Melissa has well matched an auto policy for my family’s changing needs with the required coverage at affordable rates. During regular business hours, she is almost always there to offer assistance.
