I had an accident, hitting my car by someone. I tried to call her insurance provider so many times, but there was no responses and I called my company Allstate and they made my car repaired. It was smooth and had been handled efficently. Thank you Allstate.
I would suggest that all insurance recipients look closely at their insurers and review/maintain your policies. The most aggravating problems that I found was that their are too many insurance writers who take your insurance in name, and immediately sell to an unknown who can care less about you. I had my insurance coverage,rates,conditions changed without notice hoping that I would not pickup on the changes. ALLSTATE maintains their own policies which I find more reliable,affordable, better coverage, and in fact less expensive than most other fly by night writers. ALLSTATE has been around for years and has become a company for the people.
Great customer service, I highly recommend the company. I saved a lot of money on my insurance.
