(March 21, 2019, 9:20 am)This was our first time dealing with this agency. A very pleasant and informative experience. Initial phone call was handled promptly and an appointment scheduled. Penny submitted information to multiple companies to get the best coverage comparable to our current policies. She presented very knowledgeably and took ample time to carefully and explicitely explain each policy. We were most pleased with the overall outcome being improved coverage for lesser premiums on each of our policies.
We would strongly recommend you consider giving Penny an opportunity to serve you in this same manner.

Navigating the home-buying process has been tricky as a first-timer, and most of those involved have been tight-lipped and hard to reach. Not Penny! Gosh, she did the absolute most to make sure we were getting the right coverage. She was thorough and easy to reach and forthcoming with information. She even found a way to bundle our plans and save us money. I really felt she was looking out for my best interest, and I'd recommend her services to anyone.
