  In one word, AWESOME! Jim is by far the most competent, professional and friendly insurance agent in Virginia and having been his customer for many years we felt we need to thank him for constantly providing us the lowest rate with uncompromising service. The personalized greetings and warm wishes on birthdays and holidays are pretty outstanding also. Keep up the great work Williamson Insurance Agency!

  Jim states that he looks forward to providing "uncommon service", which I always thought was an odd discription. But after 15 years of having Jim handling our auto, home owners, life and umbrella coverages, I know what Uncommon Service means. He was so helpful involving an accident of our son on a neighbor's property. What could have been years of legal issues were closed up timely, and his advise was invaluable. Jim knows insurance!

  I always go to Jim for life insurance and recommend him to all family and friends. He can get great rates on policies from the major insurance companies while providing excellent customer service. There's no reason to call one of those big insurance companies with an 800 number when Jim can get the same (or better) rates with great service.

  We have been dealing with Jim Williamson and his agency for years now for our commercial business account. He is very competitive with his rates, and has always looked out for our best interests in recommending coverages and making sure we are protected. He is always prompt in answering and returning phone calls, making himself available to discuss any concerns we have. We understand that his son Andrew has now joined his agency, and are so pleased to hear that. Andrew is a dedicated worker and exemplary young man. We are confidant he will be an asset to the company.

  Been a customer for many years. I would highly recommend Jim and his staff. They have been extremely helpful with their service. They aren't high pressure, something I greatly appreciate.
