(June 2, 2017, 2:55 pm)I have been a loyal customer of ERIE Hayden Insurance since 2005.... 12 years! Their excellent customer service, willingness to help and effectiveness are hard qualities to come by these days. If I have a question or concern, I can call or email the staff at the office and they promptly respond. I have never had any concerns or unhappy moments with their office. I started out with one car insurance policy with Hayden Insurance and have now grown to multiple car policies, my homeowner's insurance as well as insurance coverage for my personal belongings that mean most to me. I have been so pleased, that I refer my friends and family to them often, many of which now have coverage through ERIE Hayden Insurance. Knowing that I can contact the local office or stop by on my way home from work with any issues that need to be addressed is very convenient and seeing a friendly face greet you each time you visit, makes it not feel like a hassle or a task I dread. I couldn't imagine switching to another company even if it meant a slightly cheaper rate....the customer service of the staff in this office and knowing I will always be taken care of without any doubts or hesitation, mean more to me than saving a couple of dollars. I can truly say that they treat their customers like friends and their friends like family. I look forward to continuing to do business with ERIE Hayden Insurance for many, many years to come.
