(May 29, 2019, 11:29 am)Great Company, Insurance has wonderful benefits. Care Coordination could use some work. Customer service is wonderful, I called recently and spoke with Dominic S. he was a delight and actually kept me from choosing a different company because of an issue I had with my daughters Care Coordinator, but he fixed my issue with no hesitation and really took his time helping me and seemed to fully understand and care about my concerns. He is the reason this company is getting a 5 star rating. Keep up the great work and keep hiring great people like Dominic.
