He provided next-level support in securing my newborn company's first-ever business insurance coverage; both GL & WC. He was extremely professional throughout the whole process, which lasted nearly six months in total (due to a few rocky financial stretches while my business was first starting out).
Tom handled himself like I wish every sales rep would: informative, helpful, but most importantly, he wasn't pushy at any point during the process.
Next time I'm in need, I'll be coming back to these guys. They simply know what they're doing.
