(December 13, 2018, 12:17 pm)I fortunately have not had to file any claims, but I have called on several occasions and am always talking to a person in the office immediately without having to wait on hold for a long time. They all seem very nice and have been great at providing me with advice when I have been in accidents (other person at fault) and dealing with other insurance agencies.

They shopped and got her the best deal which I confirmed by doing my own shopping on line. They beat the best on line price with great personal service. I will recommend all friends to use them.
(July 27, 2018, 1:46 pm)The expediency and friendly nature in which you help us, last minute by the way, was so greatly needed and incredibly appreciated. It’s sad that the bar for customer service is set so low these days. In the rare case someone actually does what they say they are going to do, I’m pleasantly surprised. It shouldn’t be that way, but it is. Thank you for doing what you said you were going to do AND with a happy voice and friendly attitude. Give those ladies a raise!
