I've been using SunTrust since I went to college and the team at City Center has been great. I accidentally had a recurring payment overdraft my account for the first time in 8 years. A lady at the front desk deposited the overdraft fee back into my account.
Only negative I have is that I've been told that I need to go inside to receive rolls of quarters instead of using the drive thru windows?? When I lived in Radford and Yorktown, I was never made aware about this "policy" and got quarters for laundry and pool once a week. The lady who used to work the window about 6 months ago also never had an issue getting quarters for me.
